CHIROPRACTIC CARE
We provide advanced spinal correction utilizing "state of the art" chiropractic techniques. TECHNIQUES We utilize only the most effective techniques in treating your pain and improving your health naturally. Along with traditional chiropractic adjusting techniques which give you the "popping" sound and restore proper motion to the spine we also offer other methods below. IMPULSE INSTRUMENT ADJUSTING Just as lasers have replaced scalpels in some surgeries, advanced technology has become available to chiropractors to assist in delivering chiropractic adjustments. Dr. Ingles and thousands of other doctors around the world now use the Impulse Adjusting Instrument® in the care of their patients. This patented and FDA registered device was specifically created to deliver gentle and precise computer-aided chiropractic adjustments to the joints of the spine and extremities to relieve pain and restore function. The Impulse Adjusting Instrument® is controlled by micro-computer circuitry housed within the device that produces a controlled force that chiropractors can use to treat different areas of the body. There is no popping or cracking with these adjustments, but rather very precise and targeted adjustments designed to specifically care for just the right areas. This makes them great for treating children, seniors, and others that may not be suited for tradional adjustments. Years of research have gone into the development of the Impulse Instrument® to create gentle chiropractic adjustments that are safe and effective. CHIROPRACTIC BIOPHYSICS Chiropractic Biophysics (CBP) is the technique we use for structural balance and rebuilding the spine to a stronger, structurally more stable, and ultimately healthier position. This method of spinal correction is the most effective method of achieving long term wellness. CBP is the most researched and validated chiropractic technique today. The technique of CBP combines various chiropractic adjustments with physical exercises, and specific traction protocols. This combination aims to stretch and strengthen the muscles and ligaments that facilitate a healthy posture and upright alignment. In CBP, the overall posture or global positioning of the spinal column is the focus, because it has been shown to have a more lasting effect than only focusing on individual segments of the spine like traditional chiropractic adjustments. CORRECTIVE EXERCISES AND TRACTION
We teach our patients specific exercises designed just for them to help strengthen and correct their own unique problem. These exercises are performed in the clinic and at home, and can improve the effectiveness of your spinal correction by as much as 30-40%. In addition to exercise, spinal traction therapy can be applied to reshape the spinal curves for long lasting health. Together, traction, exercise, and adjustments can take patients to a state of health they never thought possible!
